- Full Refund: Eligible if requested after the completion of the first live session.
- 50% Refund: Eligible if requested after the completion of the second live session.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the third live session has commenced.
- Udemy Enrollments: Any courses purchased via the Udemy platform are subject to Udemy’s specific refund policies; TechGyan360 does not provide direct refunds for Udemy enrollments.
4. User Conduct for Live Training
To maintain a professional and productive learning environment, all students must adhere to the following rules during live sessions:
- Professionalism: Students must use respectful language toward instructors and fellow learners. Harassment or bullying of any kind will result in immediate removal without a refund.
- Engagement: While questions are encouraged during dedicated Q&A segments, students should avoid disrupting the flow of the lecture.
- No Recording: Unauthorized recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of all participants and the intellectual property of the trainer.
- Single User Access: Sharing live session links or login credentials with others is not permitted.
5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any technical issues arising from the use of our online tools or external software recommended during training.
