• Enrollment: Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and payment confirmation.
• Course Materials: All training materials, including videos, PDFs, presentations, and code samples, are provided for your personal educational use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment (or after attending the first 2 live sessions, whichever comes first). Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
• No Guarantee: While we strive to provide high-quality training, we do not guarantee employment, certification success, or specific career outcomes as a result of completing our courses.
• Code of Conduct: All trainees must maintain professional conduct during live sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

6Payment Terms

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore, India, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

14Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
