Do I need prior AWS experience?
No. Module 1 covers all AWS and cloud fundamentals from scratch. Basic IT knowledge is sufficient as a prerequisite.
How long is the live training?
The live training spans 65+ hours across 17 modules. Sessions are scheduled on weekdays/weekends depending on the batch — WhatsApp us for the next batch date.
What is included in the Lab access?
The Amazon Connect lab provides a real AWS environment for 60 days. You can practice maximum hands-on exercise from the syllabus independently. Lab is ₹2,000 and optional. (It is not included in the training, contact us for more info.)
Will I get the session recordings?
Yes, session recordings are shared for reference during the batch period.
What language are the classes in?
Live training and Old Batch Recordings are in English. Udemy courses are available in both English and Hindi.
Is there a certificate on completion?
No, we do not provide any certificates. However, you can receive a Udemy course completion certificate after completing the live training, recorded sessions, or Udemy course by paying a nominal fee.
How do I pay?

Is there post-training support?
All trainees will get access to selected WhatsApp groups consisting of 1K+ Amazon Connect professionals and 10K+ VoIP tech professionals. Please note that no job assistance or direct support will be provided. Group access is subject to availability.
How long will the live class recordings be accessible?
The videos are accessible for 100 days from the date of course completion.

Example: If the course starts on 1 January 2026 and ends on 30 March 2026, your video access will remain available until 8 July 2026 (100 days after course completion). After this date, access to the recordings will be removed.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as interviews, medical emergencies, or other exceptional situations. In such cases, we are flexible and may consider extending access upon request.
What is the batch size?
We believe in keeping our batches small so that we can provide personalized attention to every student and address their doubts effectively. The maximum batch size is 10 students. However, in exceptional situations, such as urgent interview preparation requirements, we may accommodate up to 5 additional students.
