About IP Information
The IP Information tool gives you a complete picture of how the internet sees your connection: your public IP address (IPv4 or IPv6), your ISP and autonomous system number (ASN), and your approximate geographic location, alongside the browser, operating system, device, connection, and locale details your browser reports.
It's useful for troubleshooting connectivity, checking what a website can detect about you, or confirming a VPN is masking your real IP. The IP lookup uses a public API; all browser details are read locally.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does this tool show?
It shows your public IP address and version, your ISP and ASN, approximate location (country, region, city, coordinates, timezone), plus your browser, OS, device, connection, and locale details detected from your browser.
Does my IP reveal my exact address?
No. IP geolocation is an estimate based on where your ISP registers address blocks. It's typically accurate to country (~99%) and city level (~70%), but never your street address or identity.
Is my data stored?
No. The lookup is performed in your browser via a public IP API and results are shown only to you. We don't log or store anything.
Why might the location be wrong?
Geolocation databases map IP ranges to approximate locations. VPNs, mobile networks, and corporate proxies can make the reported city differ from where you actually are.
